The First “IMAGINE” Run

As we’re gearing up for Imagine 2008, please take a moment to remember last year’s personal marathon that one woman ran in memory of her son. This was the beginning of IMAGINE.
Mona’s Story was written by Darryll Zurbyk and published in the July / August 2008 edition of the Running Room Magazine. It’s an incredible story documenting the devastation of suicide and how a rural Manitoba family turned their loss into what has become the first major mental illness awareness campaign in Manitoba.
