Suicide Awareness Campaign

Danielle September 27th, 2008

Imagine Awareness Campaign - Billboard Design Suicide is not chosen; it happens when pain exceeds the resources for coping with pain.

The monies raised at the 2007 event have been targeted at awareness and ensuring the much needed resources are available.

In conjunction with the 1st Annual Rock & Roll Half Marathon, we unveiled a Winnipeg-wide billboard and transit advertising campaign focusing on suicide awareness starting September 1 through to December 20, 2008. The campaign will feature the Manitoba Suicide Line to help those struggling with depression and thoughts of suicide.

The billboards mark the kick off of the first major mental health awareness campaign in Manitoba history. You can see them on transit buses, the University of Manitoba, Niverville Avenue (ironically) and the list goes on.
